Meet the Front Line
Reggie Skancke is the Office Manager for TSC. She handles the phones, manages the books, keeps the calendar, plays travel agent, and – whenever possible – gets Tom to his meetings on time. Reggie is often the first contact anyone has with The Skancke Company. She’s the front line. The offensive line. The defensive line too.
Who’s the Boss?
Reggie handles her multiple roles with ease. She’s experienced and versatile, and she’s also Tom’s big sister. She’s been babysitting him all his life. Even after having a family of her own and conducting a childcare business from her home, Reggie signed up to work with Tom. She got a second chance to boss her little brother around, so she took it and she love it!
Sibling Revelry
When she first moved to Las Vegas, Reggie helped Tom jumpstart his new company by stuffing envelopes. Her expanded role now allows her to draw on her experience in Citibank’s customer service department. Reggie’s background in handling customer calls, billing disputes, and monitoring customer service associates helped prepare her for the world of consulting and government affairs. She’s still stuffing envelopes, but now she gets paid for it. And she has other, more interesting, assignments too.
Can We Talk?
While clients and associates are consistently impressed by Reggie’s competence and professionalism, they also know she doesn’t need any encouragement to chat about South Dakota or Oregon, or any other subject, really. Though her Midwestern warmth and friendliness set the tone at the office, no one underestimates her influence. Reggie’s the gatekeeper at TSC. So when you call the office, be nice to her….she gets you through to Tom and Ryan.
