Ryan C. Arnold
Vice President. Really Nice Guy.

There’s one thing on which Ryan and Tom always agree: Ryan’s the nicer guy.
After nearly 10 years with TSC Ryan’s not just a man with a title, he’s family. Relationships are crucial to Ryan. He has spent years cultivating lasting connections with community leaders, politicians, and local agency staff members. Through these connections, Ryan’s become known as the “Get It Done Guy”. Give Ryan and project and he’ll get it done.

Act Locally

While in high school, Ryan realized the tremendous opportunity afforded by his home town of Las Vegas. Energized and compelled, Ryan attended and graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, a move which allowed him to continue refining his local connections. Ryan’s contacts took him to the City of Las Vegas, where he worked for a city councilman. Soon after, Tom was introduced to Ryan and his “get it done” attitude, which has become a critical component of TSC’s success.

Explain Yourself

What Ryan actually does for a living is a popular dispute among his family. As Ryan puts it: “I call people. I meet with people. I get things done that others simply can’t.” In a nutshell, Ryan – like TSC itself – solves problems for clients. His work has ranged from overseeing a multi-million dollar road construction project in order to minimize the impact on a neighboring client, to helping draft local ordinances on such things as cellular telephone towers billboards and local zoning and entitlement issues. If an issue relates to a local government agency, Ryan likely knows who’s involved.

How Do We Love Thee?

Ask any of Ryan’s clients – past and present – what they think of him. The answer? They love him. Ryan can fill hours with stories of successes he has orchestrated for clients. The central theme of those stories is Ryan completing a daunting task for a client in half the time expected. With a track record like that, it’s no wonder they love him.
